Guest Policy

Check-In Time is after 3pm (pst) and Check-Out time is 10am (pst)---please no early Check-ins or late Check outs. This is strictly enforced as it takes a full five hours to clean the homes between guests.

There is a 2-night minimum stay; and no 1-night reservations.

These are non-smoking homes and properties due to the extreme fire hazard in the Park.

No pets are allowed in the homes or on the property.

Children must be at least 6 years of age unless cleared with Owner.

A Reservation Fee---25% of total rental fee is required to book your nights.

Total Payment is required 60 days prior to check-in. If the reservation is made less than 60 days prior to check-in date, both the Reservation Fee and Total Payment is due immediately to ensure your reservation. Payments must be made through our payments system available on our website through either Paypal or Stripe---both systems take credit cards.

A sixty (60) day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will be reimbursed the full Reservation Fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the Total Payment and the Reservation Fee (except under exceptional circumstances). Shortened stays are not subject to refunds.

The maximum number of overnight guests is 4 (four) in the Gatehouse and Carriage House--unless cleared with the owner; eight guests maximum in Resplendent Mountain Lodge. No additional overnight guests are allowed on the property in recreational vehicles or tents.

No events e.g. no weddings, no booked guests planning on using the homes for part of a local campground wedding, family reunions beyond maximum guests allowed, grad parties, etc. Guests will be asked to leave immediately.

No amenities can be removed from the homes for use elsewhere e.g. toiletries, wood and similar items.

Fire starters e.g. stove fuels, gasoline, diesel fuel cannot be used in the interior wood fireplaces---kindling, paper and matches are supplied. Guests will be responsible for damage including if the home or furnishings are lost as a result of illegal use of fuels.

Outside fires are not permitted due to fire bans, even in winter.

No parking on lawns---adequate parking is available around each home.

Falsified Reservations---Any reservation obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of payment and deposit and the party will not be permitted to check in.

Signatory of the Rental Agreement and must be the renter. No signatory to the Rental Agreement can be less than 24 years of age.

The home cannot be sublet for a charge or rented for free.
Reading this Rental Agreement prior to booking indicates agreement.
***Guests are to be aware that there could be power outages any time of year. Guests should also be aware that there is wildlife and rough terrain in and around the property that could be dangerous. By signing this agreement, guests agree to save the owners harmless in the event of a mishap beyond their control.
The Owner reserves the right to charge the guest in the event of willful neglect that damages the property e.g. broken windows, damaged furniture beyond repair, fires, etc. Accidental damage e.g. spilled food, broken glassware etc. does not apply.
